This is called deuce, and it follows its own set of rules to determine who wins the game.When the score is tied at deuce, a player must score two consecutive points to win the game. Whoever scores the first point is said to have “advantage” until he either scores another point, or loses a point to bring the score back to deuce. Play continues at deuce for as long as it takes for a player to score two points in a row.
